Adding a Role

 

Here’s how to add a role on the Toursoft platform

 

Steps to add a role:

1. Login to Toursoft with your email and password

 

 

2. On the left-hand sidebar, under “Settings”, select “Roles and Permissions

 

 

3. To the right of “Role List”, select “Add New Role

 

 

4. You can now edit and add all the desired features

 

 

5. When you are finished, select the blue “Save This Role” button

 

 

Note: Adding roles for everyone on your team will clarify who can do what; it will also prevent the wrong people from accessing your itineraries.
