What Can Toursoft Do?

 

Toursoft is an easy, all-inclusive itinerary creation platform for travel agencies, consumers, and tour companies. 

 

Dashboard

 

The Toursoft home page is called the Dashboard. This will tell you details about your outstanding enquiries, customer activity, and notifications. Pay attention to your notifications, as they will keep you apprised of the current events in your circle.

 

 

Customers

 

The next page, Customers, is where you can view, organize and manage your customers. This tab shows quick info on your customers, such as their name, email address and phone number. Another useful workflow feature is that this tab shows you the status of each of your customers’ enquiries, allowing you to prioritize your customers by their chain in the itinerary-creation process. 

 

 

Enquiries

 

Next, we provide the Enquiries tab. This is where you can manage your requests for an itinerary, and integrate your requests into the platform to best suit your team. You get to choose what’s best for you: how many people will be on the tour, your budget, the location, and what you would like to do on your trip. Make sure to leave specific notes for the person creating the trip!

 

 

Itineraries

 

Our next feature is called Itineraries. This is Toursoft bread and butter. The Itineraries tab allows you to create a personalized schedule for a tour of your choosing. This includes browsing our itinerary templates, using our comprehensive photo gallery, and choosing accommodations, activities and travel specifics from our trove of options.

 

 

Libraries

 

The Libraries tab is where we store all of our content and media for enriching your itinerary-making or -choosing experience. We have thousands of images, services, activities, accommodations, day templates, and even pre-made tours for you to browse, all of which have proper accreditation.

 

 

Suppliers

 

Suppliers are the companies and individuals who provide all of the convenient, luxurious services and accommodations you’ll find in our Libraries. These are the professionals you want on your side to create the best traveling experience possible.

 

 

Locations

 

The Locations tab is a comprehensive platform for every location in the Toursoft database. This is where you can search for places you want to add to your tours and find out more about the locations themselves, such as possible accommodations, activities and services listed in our Libraries.

 

 

Company Reports

 

The Company Reports tab gives you a data overview of your activity and progress. This page tells you details of the makeup of your customers by tour type and over time, and informs you of the tour success rate, including useful data insights on how often your customers go through with their tours versus disconnect or decline.

 

 

User

 

The User tab is the first selection under the Settings heading. Here, you can easily view the users on the Toursoft platform. This includes viewing contact information, roles, and activity status. You can also change certain profile information, depending on your role permissions, which are managed in the following tab.

 

 

Roles and Permissions

 

Roles and Permissions is where you can view and manage your roles and the roles of team members for whom you are responsible. Without this tab, you would not be able to let your team work on itineraries at all! Make sure to spend some time here so you can understand who is doing what.

 

 

Billing

 

The Billing tab is where you manage your subscription to Toursoft. Here, you can see your payment details, next invoice date, and which subscription you currently have (and if you wish, change your subscription). On the bottom, you will find your transaction history.

 

 

Legal Information

 

The next tab is Legal Information. Here, you can view Toursoft’s conditions of use as well as some of our company policies. This is a place you can find useful information such as recommendations for travel insurance, visa information etc.

 

 

Company Profile

 

And the final tab, Company Profile. Here is where you can personalize your agency’s face on the platform. Add your company logo, name, and contact information and set your company preferences such as default currency, language and conversion margin.
